The purpose of the Twice Blessed 2.0: Jewish LGBTQ2SIA+ Initiative is to understand the current needs of the Jewish LGBTQ2SIA+ community. The agencies involved in the project are committed to creating an inclusive community and your feedback will inform the changes we need to implement.
This survey is open for submissions between February 2, 2022 to March 27, 2022. This survey has a total of 45 questions and will take 15-20 minutes to complete.
This self-identification survey is conducted by JQT Vancouver (JQT), a Jewish queer trans non-profit, in partnership with JFS Vancouver (Jewish Family Services – JFS), and with the support of the Jewish Federation of Greater Vancouver. It is open to all members of the Jewish LGBTQ2SIA+ community.
This survey is for people living in the GVRD – Greater Vancouver Regional District. This online questionnaire is 100% anonymous, and optional, though JQT strongly encourages you to participate. The higher the number of participants, the more confidently JQT and JFS can create strategies to affect real and necessary change.
They will not collect personal information such as your name, address or IP address in order to protect your confidentiality. All information gathered will be securely stored by JQT, accessible only by JQT Founder & Executive Director Carmel Tanaka and shared with JFS CEO Tanja Demajo.
