City of Coquitlam

Following strong engagement in the initial session, the City of Coquitlam invited LET’S back to deliver a 2nd “Neurodiversity Basics” workshop for staff. This repeat workshop deepened the city’s learning around autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other forms of neurodivergence, while reinforcing that neurodivergent residents and staff are already part of every municipal space.

The workshop reinforced a simple but powerful message: neurodiversity is already part of the fabric of municipal life. By recognizing the strengths and perspectives of neurodivergent staff and residents, the City of Coquitlam continues to take meaningful steps toward workplaces and community programs where all people can participate, contribute, and thrive.
