Putting Patients First
Live Educate Transform Society was invited to serve on the Accessibility Advisory Committee for the 2026 Putting Patients First Conference. Our involvement focused on ensuring accessibility and equity were meaningfully embedded throughout the program design and participant experience. Drawing on lived expertise across disability, neurodivergence, and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, LET’S supported the conference team in applying equitable practices that reflect both patient and provider perspectives.
Following the conference, organizers shared the following feedback:
“Thank you for your contribution to the Putting Patients First Conference. Your insights played an important role in shaping this part of the program, and we greatly appreciate the time and expertise you shared.
So far, the verbal feedback we have received from participants has been very positive, particularly regarding the thoughtfulness of the EDI components. EDI is very important to our organization, and this group brings such a great balance of diversity, ideas, and thoughtful feedback.”
This collaboration reflects LET’S’ ongoing commitment to advancing accessibility and equity in healthcare education, research, and community engagement spaces.
