THRIVE 2026 Cohort

LET’S Founder–Executive Director, Heather McCain (they/them), has been selected to receive a full scholarship to join the 2026 THRIVE cohort with Pride at Work Canada / Fierté au travail Canada. THRIVE is a 10‑week virtual leadership program designed to support the next generation of Two‑Spirit, queer, and trans people managers by building skills, confidence, and community among 2SLGBTQIA+ leaders across the country.

Through live online sessions, collaborative group learning, and self‑directed work, participants connect with queer and trans leaders working at the highest levels of Canadian business while engaging in peer‑to‑peer conversations about leadership, equity, and organizational change. Heather is excited for this opportunity to deepen their leadership practice in community with other 2SLGBTQIA+ managers and to bring those learnings back to LET’S and our broader networks.
