Heather McCain is the creator of CAN (formerly Creating Accessible Neighbourhoods, now Live Educate Transform Society), a disability advocate website born out of need that offers workshops and support for those in the disability community and the disability Queer community. As Pride Month comes to an end for another year, it's good to raise awareness that people in 2SLGBTQIA+ community who identify as disabled have other concerns they often need to deal with.
